The Sanctum Experience is a proven process that delivers incredible results.
Concept
Our goal for this stage is simple – to understand and translate your vision. For those who haven’t nominated a chosen architect, we’ll draw from our extensive industry network to find the right architect or designer for your project.
We’ll listen to ideas, view plans and offer expert advice on how to improve the sustainability, buildability and liveability of your new home.
We’ll collaborate closely with the design team throughout this stage to ensure that the design aligns with your budget, vision and sustainable building goals.
Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide an assessment based on preliminary documents that outlines the estimated costs and program.
The concept stage is all about feasibility. Taking the time to get this right gives you confidence going into the development stage.
Develop
The development stage is when we take your plans to preliminary construction documents, ready for approval.
This stage includes finalising your specifications – from the fixtures and fittings to the joinery and flooring, walls and cladding. We’ll work with you to make sure these specifications are in line with your original budget so you are empowered when making every decision.
We’ll also make sure the construction documentation will deliver on the vision of your architect. Once documentation is approved by the Registered Building Surveyor, we can move forward towards construction.
Construct
As we move into construction, we’ll provide you with a detailed program to ensure you know exactly what’s happening at all times.
Our aim for this stage is to not only realise your vision but to deliver a genuinely enjoyable experience. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your project right up until handover and beyond.
